MINISTRY CHARTER

FORTH:

Victory Family Care Ministries is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational including, for such purposes, the making of distribution to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 C-3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

FIFTH:

No part of the net earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to it’s members, trustees, officers, or other private persons, except that the corporation shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes set forth in Article Forth hereof. No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be the carrying on of propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the corporation shall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing of distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of or opposition to any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles, the corporations shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (a) by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under section 501 C-3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future Federal Tax Code, or (b) by a corporation, contributions to which are deductible under section 170(c) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

SIXTH:

Upon the dissolution of the corporation, assets shall be distributed for one or more exempt purposes within the meaning of section 501 C-3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or shall be distributed to the federal government, or to a state or local government, for a public purpose. Any such assets not so disposed of shall be disposed of by the Court of Common Pleas of the county in which the principle office of the corporation is then located, exclusively for such purposes or to such organization or organizations, as said Court shall determine, which are organized and operated exclusively for such purposes.

SEVENTH:

In addition, the purposes for which Victory Family Care Ministries is incorporated are as follows:

7.a) To disseminate the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Word of God, worldwide, to the end that people may be evangelized and believers may be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ.

7.b) To regularly assemble for fellowship, counsel, and instruction, to worship God in spirit and in truth and to cooperate in the building up of the whole body of Christ

7.c) To provide pastoral and human relations counseling in appropriate locations to those who need and request such ministry.

7.d) To involve every participant of this Ministry in its activities and in the ministry of the Holy Spirit.

7.e) To strengthen the family units so that the home of each member is healthy and fruitful by Biblical standards.

7.f) To perform the Sacraments of the Church which include, but are not limited to, the following: to Baptize believers in water; to anoint the sick with oil; to conduct weddings and funerals; to dedicate infants; and to celebrate the Lord’s Supper (Communion).

7.g) To act with charitable concern for, and to help, not only members of this ministry, but also all people in need of any help which this ministry can give, regardless of race, social position, or religious affiliation; to develop and carry out programs of social action for poor, widowed, orphaned, afflicted, imprisoned, underprivileged, or aged persons, both within and without this ministry.

7.h) To pray for the needs of all people, for local and national leaders and governments and for all that are in authority as instructed in 1 Timothy 2:1-3.

7.i) To support and encourage communication and extension of the Christian life and witness by sound and comprehensive teaching of Biblical principles to all people, both within this ministry and elsewhere, not only by conventional modes, but also by all means which will accomplish such communication developed by modern technology. These purposes should include to sponsor, participate in, conduct or engage in theatrical productions and drama groups, radio broadcasting, television broadcasting, the printing or reproduction and publication of recordings, books, and other materials, the establishment and operation of a school or schools, and the holding and conducting of seminars, study groups, workshops, and meetings, by either resident or traveling ministers; to receive offerings for such purposes; and to grant aid and pay reasonable compensation to persons, firms and corporations for services actually rendered for such purposes; provided, that none of the foregoing shall be done for private profit.

7.j) To establish and maintain a place of worship, study, recreation, and social interaction, a teaching center, ministering to the whole family and to the whole person, spirit, soul and body. And to establish affiliated and or chartered Victory Gatherings that meet in homes, offices, clubs, buildings, barns, and halls.

7.k) To recognize, support and cooperate with the various ministries established by God to equip believers to fulfill their respective functions as members of the Body of Christ and to bring the whole Body of Christ to unity, maturity and completion.

7.l) To train, equip and ordain, commission, certify, and/or license, apostles, pastors, ministers, missionaries, evangelist, chaplains, elders, deacons, worship leaders, and all other Christian leaders necessary to carry out the ministry, worldwide.
