Format
Upon
successful completion of your Unit 2
final, you are a A.P.S. candidate.
Before
you can be certified and become a
member of the Sarasota Academy of
Christian Counseling, you are required
to administer the Creation Therapy
Counseling Model to ten(10) individuals.
Rev.
Fennessy will provide the forms
and clinical notes format upon
completion of Unit Two and passing the
final exam. You must submit your
clinical notes in a 3 ring binder to
Rev. Fennessy along with your
application to the SACC and first year
dues.
Rev.
Fennessy will be available for
supervision, clarification and
assisting you in applying the model in
a therapeutic session.
